Introduction
Trisha was one of the founding members of Logistic Information Consultants (LInC) in 2010 and is a Partner and
Principal Consultant.
Trisha is an experienced information management consultant by profession with an education and training
in business. She has extensive experience in developing requirements specifications, information and process
models, architecture strategy, specification and implementation of software.
Experience
Trisha has over twenty-five years experience in the Aerospace and IT industry, largely in the domains of
industrial data exchange and information management. Trisha is an experienced project manager,
information modeller and requirements analyst. After working as a civil servant she joined BAE SYSTEMS
where she successfully worked, led teams and advised on all phases of application development and
implementation; from the requirements gathering phases and analysis, project management through to
deployment and support. She worked with Customers, Partners, External Agencies and Internal User Clients,
at all levels of seniority, to develop practical business, I.T. and data exchange strategies to deliver
business advantage through the effective use of processes and technology.
Trisha gained knowledge of several other industries in different countries through benchmarking and best
practice, which was studied in detail for her M.B.A. thesis, and through global research work.
In recent years she has been more involved in business and systems analysis and data exchange.
Whilst at Eurostep, which she joined as a consultant in 2006, Trisha was involved in ISO10303-239
(AP239 PLCS) DEX development and implementing the exchange of RAF Aircraft Maintenance data between the
UK MOD’s Logistic Information Technology Strategy (L.I.T.S) system and Supplier systems,
the authoring of the Aviation Maintenance DEX and has been a key technical resource on the
Through Life Support Standard (TLSS) Tailoring Tool Business Rules specification and development,
and of the TLSS DEX Template development.
